Samit Minerals produces and exports some of the brightest, the whitest and the purest talc lumps in the world. Samit talc is far ahead of competition in terms of all specification points. Stringent quality checks are ready to make sure our talc is free from any harmful bi mineral such as asbestos as per customers requirement.
Talc is a rock that is mined from open-pit and underground deposits. Because it is a natural product, talc is always found in combination with at least one other mineral whose proportion depends on its geological origin. Chemically pure talc has never been found in nature in commercial quantities. Practically all of the talc products offered are impure. The most common host for talc ore bodies is dolomite & ultramafic rocks. Color variations range from snow-white to black, including greenish gray & various shades of green, pink and even red.
TALC in Pakistan
Pakistan is home to one of the best talc mines in the world which are being coming into lime light throughout the World. We have few open pits mines in Pakistan so most of the soapstone has to be taken out of underground mines. Mines are situated in the lush green province of KPK. We have team of best geologists that carefully manages the mining affairs. A systematic mining schedule to keep the local weather conditions and challenges in mind along with an advance sorting facility in the port city of Karachi help us keep the inventory at optimum levels. All our mined material is brought to the sorting facility, where the finest art of manual hand sorting under the supervision of trained staff is used to produce the best talc lumps in the World.
We have a very strict grading system according to which different grades of talc is separated and marketed throughout the World. Saying all that great care is taken not to disturb the natural environment and mines head are not situated near dense vegetation.
We pride ourselves in testing Our Every Talc Order form the Pakistan finest modern laboratories with state of the art equipment totally dedicated to monitoring strict quality control of our products at each step from the small mines of KPK to the vast markets of the world. Not an ounce of talc leaves our premises until it has been tested, retested and analyzed for the chemical and physical characteristics that have been promised to our client’s. Our R&D team can also undertake production of various grades of powder to suit individual customer needs. Great emphasis is laid on the right packaging weights that our finished products carry. Shrink-wrapping & pillarization is all done in house at the packaging stations. Special packing or bulk supplies are also catered to if required
